Absolutely! We welcome well-behaved dogs weighing under 20lbs. During the tour, they should be comfortably seated on your lap for everyone's enjoyment and safety.
Yes! We offer pick-up and drop-off services to guests on Premium Tours. If you require this service, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate and inform our driver accordingly.
To receive a full refund or reschedule your tour, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of rain, we will reschedule your tour based on your availability.
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your tour. We will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us beforehand. The tour will conclude at its scheduled ending time.
