Absolutely! We welcome well-behaved dogs weighing under 20lbs. During the tour, they should be comfortably seated on your lap for everyone's enjoyment and safety.

Yes! We offer pick-up and drop-off services to guests on Premium Tours. If you require this service, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate and inform our driver accordingly.

To receive a full refund or reschedule your tour, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of rain, we will reschedule your tour based on your availability.
